Changing header graphic or text in email templates
Below the site logo displayed at the top left of an uncustomised email is a box that contains an icon and the title of the email e.g. 'Please set your password', 'Your lightbox', etc. This header is common to all email templates. To change items in this box such as the default icon, the following file must be modified:
Configuration > Themes & Languages > Edit Theme > Templates > Child templates, included by top level templates > htmlemailheader
