Hi,
We're trying to work out how to embed video files from Third Light on a web page. Originally we planned to use the URL generated using the Get Link functionality in the system, but the link is to a web page containing the video e.g.
https://penwith.chorus.thirdlight.com/l … l6e-dd7csz
Then we tried programmatically extracting the actual video URL from that page and using that, e.g.
https://d1br04p5jdm344.cloudfront.net/s … pYOmYZC49P
But as I discovered in my previous post (https://devexchange.thirdlight.com/viewtopic.php?id=203) these links expire after a few days and the video stops working.
Our account manager suggested trying to use the Themes functionality to get the URL, I tried going down this route but I can't figure out how it would work.
The other alternative I've been looking at is trying to reverse engineer a non-expiring file URL from the given (expiring) video URL, but I can't see a way to do that through the API. We tried using the Links and Sharing calls but no joy.
Am I making this too complicated - is there an easy way to embed a video from Third Light in a web page?
Any suggestions very welcome indeed :)

Hi, just wondered if anyone has any ideas on this? Is Third Light not designed to embed videos on web pages? Any answers gratefully received.
