Image upload - via https post form

Hi

I am working with a client to post / upload images on form submission - so each image will be posted in real time.

Looking at the current documentation; where the image is upload and then a service is required to pool the endpoint to check if the image is uploaded,

I have 2 questions:

- What is the best option to process real time uplaods?
- Can we just post to the end point; how can we hand the finish api - without having a service called multiple to check for finished images/
