Testing template changes without affecting existing users

We recommend creating a test user account and test theme so that your experimental templates changes can be tried in isolation from your users thus protecting them from any mistakes.

1) Create a new theme for testing:

Configuration > Themes & Languages > Test Theme

2) Create a test user account:

Users > Users & Groups > Add new user

3) Assign the test theme to the test user

Configuration > Themes & Languages > Yellow folder with blue tick

(The same page can be used to make the new theme the default if you wish to do so later on)

4) Make the template changes in your test theme

5) Login as the test user to see the effect of you changes

Re: Testing template changes without affecting existing users

Note that the login related pages always take their settings from the default theme (as user or event specific settings don't yet apply) so modifications to these pages can't be performed through test accounts.

Re: Testing template changes without affecting existing users

The thread is very nice and useful for the readers. The content is more genuine and good for reading. The (reviews.clazwork.com) essay writing service reviews is possible for collecting good and real content.
