Getting ACTION_NOT_PERMITTED error with permanent true
I got ACTION_NOT_PERMITTED error (Requested permanent link, but this is not permitted by site configuration) when using permanent = true setting in Downloads.getLink api call. This happens when I've enabled Configuration > Site Options > Downloads> Enable Secure File Fetch & Allow permanent Secure File Fetch URLs. Please can anyone help me?

Hi Priya,
I think the error message is a little inaccurate, or at least doesn't cover the whole story. Can you check the download permissions for the account your using with the API? It will need to have some ability to download the files, and if you are requesting a permanent link, then the account needs to be able to "Publish" files.
