Downloads Get Link API

Hi,

We have been using Downloads_GetLink method without causing any issue, however, we seem to have a problem to download images  recently.

Here is the requested download URL :

http://edf.thirdlight.com/api/1.0/Downloads_GetLink/assetId=29650782299/sessionId=oYmv51uOJVKK9NGjeSyAWDWrs9Xc8R98/settings={"permanent":"0", "fit":"pad","width":"-1","height":"-1","format":"-1"}

Output parameter: FORMAT_NOT_SUPPORTED

Can you please let me know if there's a way to overcome this issue?

Hi Ash,

It looks like the value supplied to "format" is the issue here. Could you try e.g. "jpg" instead.

Hi Ash,

It looks like a backwards-compatibility break was introduced here in v6.1.9. This is fixed in v6.1.13-2, which is currently in pre-release state.
